Oak leaves in the schematic indicate trench width (inclusive).
Build

(1.14-1.14.4) Ensure the rail is parallel to the Z axis regardless of schematic rotation.

Cauldrons may be replaced with glass (slightly affects duper reliability).

Place the schematic so that the outline is on the ground.
Usage
-
Break/place the redstone block to toggle the trencher.
-
Trencher can only be stopped after the launch station has moved down by 2 blocks.
-
Remove any liquids in the trench while running the trencher.
