Build

Bone meal storage is expandable by extending the hopper lines with barrels on top.

The dark oak sapling filter needs to be filled; the farm can be run for a short while to get enough saplings to fill them up.
Usage

Prepare a stack of dark oak saplings and block off entire inventory minus one slot.

Flick the lever to toggle the farm.

Look straight at the dirt further away from player and right click at a 1gt interval (0.05 seconds).

Turn off farm before dismounting the minecart, otherwise the player may end up in weird positions and change the minecart's alignment.
