Shulker distribution for bonemeal is on the sides and fungus is on the wart block side.

Empty shulker output is marked by orange wool.

Leftover fungus output (~900) marked by the pink wool.

For single core use, cut off the entire half of the farm and fix the nylium switch trigger.
Usage

Select the tree type using the panel.

Stand on top of the on/off switch note block and right click to toggle the farm.

Flush out the fungus system by running the farm for a while before planting after switching modes.

Look at the nylium through the trapdoor

Use at a 1gt (0.05 second) interval.
